OSLA Insurance Certificate runs January 1st 2010 to January 1st 2011.
Policies purchased from January 1st 2010 to March 31st 2010 are charged 100% of the published premiums.
Policies purchased from April 1st 2010 to June 15th 2010 are charged 75% of the published premiums.
Policies purchased from June 16th 2010 to January 1st 2011 are charged 52% of the published premiums.
